• You will receive a text or email with an invitation to join the virtual waiting room.

2. Medical Evaluation & Prescription Approval

• Prior to your consultation, you’ll complete necessary forms:

  • Health History

  • Consent Form
• Your health history will be reviewed and approved by our Medical Director.
• If cleared, your prescription will be sent to Hurricane FamilyPharmacy.

3. Medication

• If needed, prescriptions for nausea medications can be provided.

5. Ongoing Monitoring & Follow-Up

• 3-Month Follow-Up Appointment with our Registered Nurse

  • Blood Pressure Check
  • Health History Review & Any Necessary Adjustments

If eligible for refills, your next medication order will be processed for pickup or delivery.
